extensive choice of colors and can custom blend a
unique color for you. The above color chat is to assist
you when making an order or reorder. Stylist and out
of state customers can send us a sample of a desired
color or texture to be matched or inquire from us
if there is a salon/stylist in your area that has
our samples. |
| ORDER |
Customers
can either visit our shop; make their orders by phone
or email. A consultant is always available to assist
you with placing your order and answering your questions.
Our hair extensions are made up by order on a first
come first serve bases. Bulk/loose hair can sometimes
be made up while you wait. We advice that hair order
that needs to be put on a weft for weaving, bonding
etc. should be placed at least two days in advance.
This will help us in taken the appropriate time and
care needed to process your order. |
| PAYMENT |
We
accept Visa, Master and Discover card. All orders will only
be sent to the billing address of the card. Personal
and biz checks are accepted when mailed in for prepayment.
However your order will be held up for 10 days for
the check to clear.  |
| SHIPPING |
We
ship mainly with UPS. Shipping fees will be added
to your order. Prices vary depending on the type of
shipping and distance. At time of your order the rates
will be discussed with you. |
| REFUNDS |
All
orders are final and non-refundable. Every order is
unique and made just for you. It is important that
you check your hair upon pick up or as soon as you
receive it. However your feedback is always welcomed.
